Michelle started part-time with Earthscapes in 2011, when her husband, Josh Eldredge, became co-owner. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Old Dominion University. Earthscapes was growing at a fast rate and after 16 years in the financial industry, Michelle came on board full time maintaining the finances, booking appointments and handling the marketing creative.
Michelle enjoys reading, traveling and hanging on the beach with friends and family. Michelle resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, Josh.
