Jacob Reynolds

Jacob Reynolds is a born-and-raised Virginia Beach native who practically grew up with dirt under his fingernails — and he wouldn't have it any other way. With more than 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry, his roots in the trade run deep.

 

It all started on weekends alongside his father, maintaining residential properties across the area. Those early mornings out in the field instilled in Jacob a genuine love for the outdoors and a deep satisfaction in transforming a customer's yard into something they're proud of. After high school, he jumped straight into the industry full-time and never looked back, quickly developing the skills to lead crews, manage complex jobs, and consistently deliver the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

 

At EarthScapes, Jacob brings that same passion and expertise to his role as Maintenance Foreman. He takes pride in sharing his knowledge with newer team members, training them to develop a sharp eye for detail and to take pride in their work — the EarthScapes way. His hands-on leadership style and high standards have made him an invaluable part of the team.

 

When he's not in the field, Jacob is right where he belongs — outdoors. Whether he's hunting or out on the water fishing with his Labrador, Daphne, you can count on him to be soaking up everything nature has to offer.
