Terrance Morse

Terrance grew up on a farm in Amherst, Virginia, where hard work wasn't just expected — it was a way of life. Working the land from an early age gave him a deep appreciation for the outdoors and sparked a passion for landscaping that has never faded.

That foundation led Terrance to build and operate his own lawn and landscape company for over a decade — an experience that gave him a well-rounded perspective on what clients actually need and what it takes to consistently deliver it. Along the way, he also spent time in the railroad industry, where he sharpened his discipline, safety awareness, and ability to communicate and coordinate under pressure — skills that translate directly to managing client relationships and keeping projects on track.

Since joining EarthScapes, Terrance has brought that same work ethic and client-first mindset to his role as Residential Account Manager. He takes genuine pride in turning a client's vision into reality, and his background as a business owner means he understands both sides of the relationship — the craft and the customer.

Outside of work, Terrance is a sports fan who loves staying active, tackling landscaping projects of his own, and spending quality time with his family. He's the kind of guy who takes pride in a job well done — whether that's on the clock or in his own backyard.
